Spicy Tangy Sweet Dressing (or Honey Mustard)

Makes 2-4 servings, depending on salad size.

In a small bowl or storage container, deposit 2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil, 1 tbsp. spicy brown mustard, 2 tsp. honey, and 1 tsp. low-fat yogurt. Mix until well combined.

Ta-da.
